1. Orders and Creations

Quasicarré furniture and objects are handmade and made to order.

Certain creations can be made according to the dimensions, colours, tiles, grout, patterns or finishes chosen by the customer.

Slight variations in colour, texture, alignment or appearance may occur due to the materials used and the handmade nature of the products. Such variations do not constitute a defect where they do not affect the conformity or normal use of the product.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and an obligation to pay.

For bespoke creations, the customer’s choices are final once the order has been confirmed. Any modification after production has started may not be possible.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros. Any applicable delivery costs are specified before the order is confirmed.

For bespoke and made-to-order creations, full payment is required before production begins. Production will only start once payment has been received.

Payment is made using the payment methods available on the website.

3. Production and Lead Times

As each piece is handmade to order, a production period is required.

The estimated production and/or delivery time is specified on the product page or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

In the event of a significant delay or an unforeseen event affecting production, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

4. Delivery and Receipt

Delivery methods and costs are specified before the order is confirmed.

Upon delivery, customers are advised to check the condition of the package and the product, where possible in the presence of the carrier. Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the carrier and clearly noted on the delivery document.

If damage is identified upon delivery, the customer should contact Quasicarré as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the package and product.

In the event of damage identified upon delivery or a lack of conformity, Quasicarré will handle the claim and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable statutory warranties.

5. No Right of Withdrawal

Quasicarré creations are made to order and may be produced according to the customer’s specifications or choices.

In accordance with Article L.221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Bespoke or clearly personalised products therefore cannot be returned or refunded under the right of withdrawal in the event of a change of mind.

This provision does not affect the customer’s rights under the applicable statutory warranties.

6. Statutory Warranties

Quasicarré products are covered by the applicable statutory warranties, including:
